In the Illyrical Palace and in the Apostolic Palace there are 400 beds, mainly reserved to sick pilgrims, escorted to Loreto by the Unitalsi or by other similar associacions. The care of welcome is by the sisters of Child Mary, with the aid of many laical workers.

It is a hotel with 35 rooms, equipped with bathroom and other comforts, devoted to the welcome of the pilgrims, expecially priests. The care of welcome is by the sisters of Madonna del Divino Amore with the aid of many laical workers.

It's a building on the nearby hill of Montorso, devoted to the youth pastoral and was builded for the will of Pope John Paul II in memory of the great pilgrimage of the Youngs of Europe to Loreto (9/10 settembre 1995). It registers every year almost 15.000 people.

It is in the quarter of Montorsetto and hosts courses and meeting about family pastoral. It can welcome about 15/20 families.
